IIM Rohtak is currently operating from its permanent campus, Management City, which is located on NH-10, Southern Bye-Pass, Sunaria. The campus encompasses approximately 200 acres in total. IIM Rohtak has access to all infrastructure facilities. The Management City is divided into three sections: Administration, Academics, and Residential. The Academic block is divided into two sub-blocks, one for the IPM Program and one for the PGP Program. The Knowledge Resource Centre is a member of the IIM Libraries Consortium and has a collection of over 5000 books as well as online subscriptions to over 57 print journals, magazines, and 35 e-databases.

Aside from the administrative and academic buildings, the campus has a number of residential buildings. The IPM Batch will be housed in two separate hostels. Apart from these two, there are over 15 housing complexes for PGP, FPM, and ePGP students. It also has a seminar hall with seating for 1000 people that serves as the primary venue for all management and cultural events held at the college. Cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, and athletics are all available on campus. In 2019, a fully functional Student Activity Centre was inaugurated, which includes a fully equipped gymnasium, three indoor badminton courts, and the Medical Inspection Room.

Studied at IIM Rohtak (2020)

IIM Rohtak was shifted to its new campus at the beginning of this semester. The seniors returned from their internships to the new campus with the new batch uniting with them at Sunaria, the new campus on the outskirts of Rohtak City, Haryana. IIM Rohtak has a new campus of 200 acres. The batch of 2020 began their journey at Sunaria.

The new campus is built in a splendid way with well-maintained hostel rooms.
Single occupancy rooms are made available for second year students.
The first year students are made to share their rooms with their batchmates.
The hostels consist of 9 flats divided into 3 floors.
They are properly furnished. They are provided with elevators, water coolers and other requirements of the students.
A common room is built on each floor for the students to gather for various activities and occasions.
The college administration provides the facility of free shuttle service for the expediency of the occupants/residents.
Facilities such as access to auto within the campus premises are made available.
Establishments for providing food delivery from nearby restaurants around the campus are also made available.
The campus has a provision of multiple TT rooms, a badminton court, football and volleyball courts, a library, a reading area, a music room, etc.
The gym facilities for students are also under construction.

A student-run initiative S.T.O.R.E. is a shopping complex on the college premises. It is a smaller version of mall. It provides all the daily necessities for the students. The campus is good and is mostly less hectic than top IIMs.
