I have a few friends from IET Lucknow, and here are some tips for you. Yes, you can get into IET Lucknow.

You will need a domicile of yours and your mother or father (of Uttar Pradesh). Only then you can get admitted to a state government college.

The domicile certificate is important as it is an official document provided by the state government to recognize the residence of a citizen. When you will check the AKTU site, check for papers needed for admission there you will get it.

You can take admission in any of the private colleges under AKTU but a domicile certificate is a mandatory thing to join a government college.
