No, 100 percentile in CAT doesn’t ensure a interview call. IIM Ahmedabad cutoff stays around 99 percentile. But securing the required CAT cutoff isn’t enough. One of my friends graduated from IIM Ahmedabad, here’s what I got to know about your question from him.
100 percentile does not ensure a call from IIM Ahmedabad. You must satisfy the eligibility criteria in terms of X, XII marks & CAT percentile.
If you are from a Science background, you must score 80% and above, 77% for Commerce, and more than 75% for Arts to get a call from IIM Ahmedabad. The minimum expected CAT percentile for cutoff is 99% and the competition is very high..
After the candidates meet all the eligibility requirements, they are shortlisted further. So your overall academic performance should be consistently good to get an opportunity to study at IIM Ahmedabad.
