One of my cousins used to be a student of Harcourt Butler Technical University (HBTU), Kanpur. He mentioned that the college has completed 100 years in the year 2020. Let me share some facts about the colleges which I gathered while researching them.

• Many MNCs that are highly reputed visit the campus every year for the purpose of hiring students.
• On the other hand, IIIT Pune is a newly established institute and so far only the batch of 2020 has graduated from the institute.
• The mentor institute of IIIT Pune is the College of Engineering Pune.

After careful consideration, it is suggested you go for HBTU Kanpur rather than opting for IIIT Pune. Being an older establishment, it possesses the educational experience and popularity among well-known firms and companies.
