I have a few friends at the MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology. Here are some things that you should know about the institute.

  • Faculty: The college has good faculties. There are guest lectures organized by the college. These guest lectures will be helpful if you want to become an entrepreneur.
  • Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. They have CCTVs installed on the whole campus. The library has got a lot of study material. There’s an underground parking lot.
  • Fee: The course fee is 7.5 lakhs which includes uniform, laptop, study materials, examination fees, and local industrial visits.
  • Placements: The internships are placements in this college are average. Only a few good companies visit this college for a placement drive.

The college discipline is very strict. There is an 85% attendance policy. Strict actions are taken if you do not follow rules. Overall it is an average institution. You cannot expect much from this college. If you have other options then you can go for it.
