Can I prepare for other exams (UPSC) being a student of PUMBA in contrast to time availability?

Other exam preparations can be possible while pursuing studies at PUMBA. But time availability depends on the curriculum and day-to-day activity of a student. 

The time dedicated to studying for other exams depends on one’s ability and perseverance to crack the exam, but a student can easily take out 2-3 hours from their day's time to prepare for other exams.

PUMBA and Indira Institute of Management both offer post-graduation courses. The number of courses offered by PUMBA is more than the latter.

Indira Institute of Management offers a PGDM course in two specializations: Marketing and Finance.

  • The fees for PGDM in Indira Institute of Management is about Rs. 3,60,000 per year and for MBA is about Rs. 2,00,000 per year.
  • For the year 2019-20, the highest package offered to a student of Indira Institute of Management is 13.8 LPA. The average package offered was 5.2 LPA.
