To migrate, you must obtain a NOC (no objections certificate) from both your current college and the college to which you wish to transfer.
If you are a bright student, your principal is unlikely to grant you NOC.
If you are an average student, the college where you want to go will not give you a NOC. Justice believes that it is practically a gain for the principal to accept an average student into his college.
Let's get to the point where we migrate when there are open seats in the college we want to attend. However, CBCS was implemented at DU in 2015, and no student will be failed under CBCS.
Even if a student fails, he will be allowed to continue to the next semester. It is up to the individual whether or not he clears his paper by taking improvement exams.
So, while migration in DU appears to be simple, it is now nearly impossible.

3. Admissions are made in order of merit based on performance in the entrance exam.
You are required to revisit your graduation studies, and if you have access to the previous year's papers, solve some of them before taking the exam.
In order to determine the differences between NCWEB and SOL, let’s discuss the institutes on a one-to-one basis.
SOL (School of Open Learning)
NCWEB
Hope I made it clear!
With the presence of like-minded people, Delhi University offers the best exposure on campus. You will be interacting with experts from various fields and you should make the most of it.
It is important to keep yourself updated with current affairs. Do not bulk things up and start studying on a daily basis. You can focus fully on UPSC preparation as DU gives less attention to attendance.
The syllabus for UPSC requires a basic knowledge of topics from History, Economics, Political Science, Environmental Science. For this, the best suitable program will be BA Programme to study at DU.
If you have enrolled in any other subject, then you should start studying topics from NCERT and current affairs. Apart from this, joining a coaching institute will always be an option but self-study is more important.
Ambedkar University is comparably better. It has a superior faculty base. The student-teacher ratio of the university is also lower, so each student gets more attention. Instead of traditional examinations, the institute evaluates students using innovative and more layered techniques. You will love to take part in those tests. For most disciplines, the curriculum is good.
Among these, Calcutta University is better. The university sets the most difficult question papers. You need to put in a lot of effort to score even 60 percent. With the same amount of effort, you can score 80 percent in DU.
Naturally, CU puts emphasis on in-depth learning. CU students have a more academic-oriented life. While students of DU have the freedom to carry out secondary endeavors.
Admission to foreign language courses at Delhi University is relatively simple. You must investigate which colleges offer such courses and which languages are available. You should make a list of colleges that you will be comfortable in based on your requirements and the faculty.
Once you have a list, go to each college's website and look for all of the information there. The date of form distribution, the application deadline, the fee structure, time slots, and other pertinent information.
You can fill out the form online and then keep checking the site for the list. Once the list is published, you must check your name to see if it is on it, and if it is, you must go to the respective college with all of your documents in hard copy. They'll check your documents, and if everything checks out, you'll be seated.
After you've been admitted, you must pay the fees online within a certain number of days. Following payment, you will receive an email confirming your registration as a language student.
The forms are usually available in June and July, and there is a minimum fee for the form.
Yes, it is completely possible. Especially, the students who have graduated after 2017 are from the CBCS batch. Earlier, they used to let students enter in the third year even if they failed in all the previous papers. This is not the case after 2017.
In order to avoid dropping a whole year, all you need to do is pass in 4 out of 8 papers. You have to pass with 50%. If you don’t, then you will be appearing for the exam as an ex-student and wasting a year since you need to clear those exams to earn your degree. However, getting back a maximum of 3 papers is still fine but not more than that.
There is no clear winner in this comparison. Both options have their pros and cons. IGNOU offers distance learning education. IGNOU degrees have the required accreditation and are ideal for working professions or students who are pursuing other full-time courses. While DU is a public central university.
So, choosing from one of these completely depends on your requirement. However, in terms of exposure and opportunities, DU is better.
