Which one is better for a BTech (CSE): Lovely Professional University or Galgotias University?
I did my BTech CSE from Galgotias University, but I will put forth an unbiased opinion.
Here are some factors to compare the two universities-
LPU has good facilities and infrastructure, but I would suggest you opt for Galgotias since it will offer you better opportunities and academics.
- Fees-
- The tuition fee for B.Tech CSE at Galgotias is INR 1.54 lakh per annum. The exam fee is INR 15,000 per annum.

- Education- The faculty and curriculum of GU are better. Getting decent grades is also comparatively easier at Galgotias.
- Management- LPU has over 10,000+ students in total, which is why it’s difficult for the college management to cater to the needs of each and everyone. The management at GU handles student problems more effectively.
- Campus- LPU has a bigger and better campus as compared to Galgotias.
Which is the better option for a B. Tech in CSE preference-wise out of SRM NCR, Chandigarh University, Chitkara University, LPU, PES, and CGC Landran?
All six universities are well established institutes providing the computer science industry with excellent graduates that excel in their fields of choice. Which is better MBA in terms of placement - Manipal University, SRM University, KIIT University, LPU or Amity University?
I have done my MBA from LPU. LPU is one of the top private universities in India. The placements in LPU are what make it stand out from the rest of the universities.
- MBA students are offered an average package of INR 4–6 LPA in more than 100 companies.
- More than 550 students got placed in a single day by Cognizant, not once but twice, which makes it around 1000 students.
- In 2019, 3 engineering students were offered INR 28 LPA from Amazon.
- A BBA student from LPU was placed at the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Since Presidency University is relatively newly established, when compared to LPU, thus the alumni network and organisation connect is not that strong as of now. Faculty at both institutes are highly qualified and impart in-depth knowledge. A student with diligence can excel in any field.
Which university in Punjab is best for pursuing Electronics and communication engineering amongst Lovely Professional University, Chandigarh University and Chitkara University?
As a former student at LPU, I would suggest you go for a BTech ECE at LPU.
LPU has attained high rankings in the past years, and it is one of the best private universities in India. It has been ranked 50th among top Engineering colleges in India by NIRF Ranking 2023. Additionally, there are several options to pursue specialised BTech ECE programs with industry collaborations and international credit transfer option.

I think LPU is a better engineering college than SIT. LPU is one the best private institutes in India, and it is ranked 25th among the top universities in India by the World University Rankings 2024. Pros:

- Because LPU is such a big and diverse university, it helped me living with different people from different states.
- You'll get a lot of exposure during your tenure at LPU.
Cons:
- The distance from your hostel to the university is way too long.
- Sometimes the food from mess is not good.
