Are the students ragged in AIIMS Raipur?
No, it is a very big misconception that students at AIIMS Raipur are ragged. One of my friends studied there and he never faced any sort of disrespectful behaviour or acts.
- There was no ragging, seniors just called the students for 5-10 minutes to get to know them better.

What facilities are available in AIIMS Raipur?
AIIMS Raipur has good infrastructure. It has four lecture theaters with central ACs and it can accommodate 150-200 students. The library has a huge collection of books. AIIMS Raipur also has an e-library.
The hostel accommodation is decent. The canteen serves breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner. Meals are prepared according to the chart recommended by the hospital dietician. Students are also given access to a gym.

Osmania University is a state college, and AIIMS is a national institute. Each college has both pros and cons, which will vary from person to person.
When it comes to Osmania Medical College, it has a great OP with over 1000 patients per day. Furthermore, it is a well-known brand in the Telugu states and many other south Indian states. It has excellent professors with many years of experience, and you will have no linguistic difficulties if you return to Hyderabad. Other issues to consider include safety and security, hostel conditions, ragging, and so on. It has more affiliated hospitals than AIIMS, New Delhi, providing us with more exposure to new cases and patients.
AIIMS Raipur is a nationally renowned institution with an adequate funding system. You will also be marked with the AIIMS tag. Extracurricular activities abound in central institutions. This college's professors are also experienced. Here, research and other programs are encouraged. Because AIIMS uses a semester system rather than a yearly system, failing will not appear on your final report. How is the faculty at AIIMS Raipur for an MBBS?

It all depends on your priorities. Both are elegant universities. One has been around for decades, while the other is newer but has been centrally funded and logistically developed.
AIIMS Advantages:
Good infrastructure, high-quality academics, and low fees. If you prefer a little privacy, single-room hostels are available. AIIMS exams and curriculum are up to date (taking students' wishes into consideration). You are not required to follow university-imposed rules and schedules (the director is in power, and students can easily approach him). It has a lot of funding and research opportunities. A clean and well-kept hospital, Better anti-ragging policies, no campus politics, and other such issues.
Calicut Medical College Advantages:
It has a well-known atmosphere (climate and language), homely food and delicacies, a little less loss in terms of academics, and campus politics if you like that sort of thing. CMC Calicut is more familiar to the general public than AIIMS Raipur. Cultural festivals such as Onam, Diwali, Eid, and Christmas are far more organized.
Should I opt for AIIMS Raipur or any of my state colleges? I am from Rajasthan and I got AIIMS Raipur in 1st counseling.
In the second round of AIIMS counseling, you should apply to Aiims Jodhpur. Because you are from Rajasthan, this is the best option.

Both are AIIMS 2012 graduates and are roughly comparable. In terms of research, there are numerous opportunities at AIIMS Raipur. The academic section promotes research on a proactive basis. It has the same facilities and receives the same funding. Every batch has a few people studying for the USMLE.
AIIMS Raipur is only 10-15 minutes from the city center, and there is plenty of development all around it, including all the markets, shops, and restaurants you could want. It all depends on your preferences; if you want to be in and around a city, Raipur is the way to go.
Rishikesh is a good option if you want to study in a natural and beautiful setting.
At the end of the day, both are excellent institutes that would give you a slight advantage in terms of brand value.
