Indira Pune is not the best choice for an MCA degree. So I wouldn’t comment about it in my answer.
MIT Pune offers good academics, and VIT Pune is known for its placements and ranking. MIT offers an MCA in Management, whereas VIT offers an MCA in Engineering. MCA in management includes subjects such as Business, Finance, Cost Accounting, etc. MCA in engineering revolves around engineering subjects.
If you have an interest in this degree, join VIT. But if you are simply seeking a job in the Banking/Finance sector, choose MIT.
I would personally recommend you join VIT Pune. It is an autonomous college and its syllabus is regularly updated. But you must make a choice based on your preference.
All three universities namely MIT-WPU, VIT Pune, and PICT are well-known for their computer science and engineering programs in Pune. Here's a brief comparison between the three institutes:
Personally, I will recommend you follow this preference order for CS

However, MIT WPU Pune is famous for its industry-academia connections, experiential learning, and cutting-edge facilities. The MIT WPU Pune BBA programme prepares students for corporate success.
NMIMS Bangalore and MIT WPU Pune offer outstanding BBA programmes. But most rating agencies place NMIMS Bangalore above MIT WPU Pune.
I can answer this question based on two factors:
My personal recommendation is MIT Pune over NMIMS Mumbai for B.Tech studies.
Both colleges are excellent if we talk about MBA, and they both give tough competition to each other. If you want a good lifestyle and overall personality improvement along with a decent placement, you should go with PUMBA. But if you are looking for good placements, then you can opt for MIT Pune, which offers an average placement of 7.25 LPA.
One of a student also bagged the highest package of 44.14 LPA. PUMBA, on the other hand, offered an average package of 6.74 LPA in the recent year, and the highest salary offered here was 13.55 lac which is much lower than MIT.
