Which will be good, IIT BHU Electrical or IIT Hyderabad Electrical?
Both IIT BHU and IIT Hyderabad are new IITs. However, IIT BHU is an old institute and later on converted to IIT while IITH is newly constructed. Though newly constructed, the growth of IITH has been pretty impressively. According to NIRF ranking, IITH (rank - 7) is far ahead of IIT BHU (rank - 14) which proves that IITH has better infrastructure, faculties, research facilities, outreach, and location.

Both are decent options but which one is good for you depends on your interests only. In fact, whoever is going to answer this question, will be driven by his own interests and thus there is no objective answer to your question. Choose the branch that appeals to you the most, be it EE or ME.
Just bear in mind that while analyzing, placements should not be the major criteria for your judgment. You should consider versatile factors like the campus life the Institute offers, alumni network, faculty pool, etc. Don’t limit yourself to good packages and seek much more.

Which is better 5 year CSE at IIT Kharagpur or 4 year CSE at IIT Guwahati, IIT Roorkee or IIT BHU?
It is difficult to say which program is better as it is more of a matter of personal interest than program worth. However, it is a well-established fact that IITs are highly respected and provide an excellent education in the field of computer science and engineering (CSE). I assume that you haven’t decided on a specific branch and hence you have multiple options open from different institutes and branches. Before I give you my suggestion it’s important to know that most non-CS students at IIT Bombay and IIT Kharagpur try to get a job in CS only. For this, they learn programming and sit for non-core placements.
For the same reason, I am recommending you join either BHU or Guwahati (CSE).
- BHU is known for its elaborate and old alumni base leading to better placements whereas Guwahati speaks highly of its infrastructure.
- BHU has much better connectivity owing to its city locations whereas Guwahati is situated outside the city.
- Guwahati has a larger faculty pool than BHU
In the end unless you are a North-Eastern, BHU is the best option for you. Either way you are good to go and thus can make a decision that suits your location.
What should I choose between IIT BHU pharmaceutical and NIT Jalandhar CSE?
In my opinion, if you are interested in CSE, you should go for IIT BHU Pharmaceutical. Some points to prove my opinion right are:
