Although IIIT Delhi, IIIT Allahabad, and NIT Calicut have a reputed “IIT” and “IIIT” tag, they suffer from their own cons. Their campuses are quite small and do not conduct ample extracurricular activities. Besides, the alumni base of IIITs is quite small as compared to DTU. Though they do provide an impressive coding culture, DTU still stands taller. NIT Calicut, on the other hand, has an outdated curriculum and the hostel facilities are dilapidated.
