I had the same choice in front of me a few years back. As a student of DTU, I can present before you some pros of choosing it over IIIT Delhi for CSE. These are-
However, the CSE curriculum at IIIT Delhi is more up-to-date. Also, as DTU has a huge number of students for CSE, the competition is high.
Despite these cons, I believe DTU CSE is a better choice. But your decision should be based on your personal preferences.
There is nothing such as a better college. It all depends on where you want to see yourself 10 years from now. But considering the current scenario, DTU is ahead of NIT Jalandhar.
Being located in the capital, the environment and culture at DTU are better. You will also get to avail better facilities here.
You can prepare for TOFEL, CAT, UPSC for which the college institutes in Delhi are best.
Apart from this, the placement scenarios are equally good at both colleges. The only thing better at NIT Jalandhar is its tag.
My brother completed his B.Tech from Thapar University while I am doing my B.Tech from DTU. These are some points about both-
It is ultimately your own personality that will determine the course of your four years at either of these. Both Thapar University and DTU are great institutions.

Here is a detailed comparative analysis of NIT Delhi with other Delhi colleges like NSIT, IGDTUW, IIIT Delhi, and DTU on the basis of some common factors
Overall, NIT Delhi may not be at par with other well-established Dego colleges but it's slowly climbing the ladder and may surpass them in no time.
Yes, DTU placements are certainly comparable to old IITs. Last year DTU recorded excellent placement statistics and even average students managed to secure hefty packages. However, comparing DTU placements with old IITs, it’s a no-brainer that old IITs still are leading the game. Here is a comparison based on my observations
The determining factors for the quality of offers are usually CTC, type (core/non-tech/tech), the brand name of the firm, the role offered, etc.

These are the major highlights of all the four top colleges, having good campus life and offering decent placement opportunities to its students. It's your turn to decide now.
Before making a final decision, you should consider the following factors
So, opt for DTU to get better exposure
As an NSUT student, the new CBCS (choice based credit system) allows you to choose your fields of study. This makes for more flexible courses. Also, NSUT has an excellent coding environment which will help you for your minor in Computer Science. Many students over there pursue coding, despite being from a branch other than IT/COE.
In DTU, you will have electives starting from 5th semester. These are department and general electives. IIIT Delhi offers the most flexible courses. Other than some fixed category credits, all the subjects are choice based.
Thus, in terms of providing flexible courses, this is the order of preference- IIITD> NSUT>DTU.
