Build a CGPA of 8.5 or above to apply. You will become eligible for application. You can then easily apply for a change of stream.
You may get disappointed when the administration tells you that the seat will be allotted on the basis of availability. The higher your score, the greater are the chances- they will hint at this as well, but don't lose hope because they will have a seat for you.
