New Delhi: Dr NTR University of Health Sciences has released instructions about web-based counselling for inservice SQ/CQ admission into PG Medical courses for the session 2022-23.
As per the notice, the second and final phase counselling for admission to PG Medical courses for SQ//CQ for in-service seats has concluded on October 19, 2022. For the next process, candidates need to report to their allotted college before 4 pm on October 21, 2022.
NTRUHS has instructed the colleges to constitute a ‘committee’ consisting of 2-3 professors and the Principal of the college as the chairman of the committee. The university has verified the scanned copies of the documents for admission, but it was unable to verify the original certificates of the candidates. The committee set up by the respective colleges will help in verification of the original documents.
The committee will verify the printout of the online application form, Provisional Verification form and Original Certificate of the candidate. NTRUHS has instructed the colleges to freeze the data of reported/not reported candidates by 5 pm on October 21.
Guidelines for Admission:
- The candidates who have already joined a college allotted in the phase 1 of counselling can join the college allotted in the second list after receiving a relief letter or custodian certificate from the college.
- Those students who have already submitted and verified their documents in any other university in AP need not produce the original documents to the college where admission was taken later.
- The fee paid by the candidate during the admission process in list 1 should be refunded to the student if he/she is taking admission in a different college in the phase 2 admission.
- After reporting the cut-off date, no candidate should be admitted and their provisional admission will be considered cancelled in case of no intimation.
