Students who want to take admission in M.Pharm course are worried as the officials have not decided the date of entrance examination yet.
Usually, the exams are conducted each year around this time but this year students have not received any notification about the scheduled date.
Karnataka PGCET 2020 has announced the date of entrance examination for other courses like MBA, M.Tech, and MCA which is going to be held on October 13 and 14.
The officials said that they have not received any notification to conduct the exam.
They agreed that they conducted the M.Pharm entrance exam last year but they have not signed any MoU to conduct the examination each year.
Conducting exams is a time taking process so they need to be informed in advance.
However, when the Vice Chancellor of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences was asked about M.Pharm entrance examination, he said that he has already informed KEA to conduct the examination in a written format.
He further said that since KEA organised the exam last year therefore it was obvious to conduct this year too.
Dr. S Sacchidanand, RGUHS Vice Chancellor said that he will send the notification again and will request the government to conduct the examination as per the scheduled date.
