JEECUP Counselling 2020: Registration, Choice Filling for Round 2 Starts; Register @jeecup.nic.in


The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh has started the registration process for JEECUP round 2 counselling.

Candidates who were unable or did not participate in Round 1 seat allotment process can now register as fresh applicants for participating in the second round of JEECUP counselling.

While candidates who had already registered in the round 1 counselling need not register again for the counselling.

How to Participate in JEECUP Round 2 Counselling

Candidates who wish to participate in the JEECUP Round 2 counselling and seat allotment as a fresh candidate are required to register online at jeecup.nic.in and pay the counselling fee.

Further, candidates will be required to fill the choices of colleges and courses at the time of registration. The seat allotment will be done on the basis of marks in JEECUP 2020. Candidates are required to register for the round 2 counselling before by the deadline, October 12, 2020.

The candidates who had earlier registered themselves for round 1 and are participating in the round 2 of counselling will be allotted seats as per their choices filled earlier.

The results of the round 2 seat allotment will be announced on October 13, 2020. Following which, candidates who will be allotted seats will be required to confirm their option and pay for the seat acceptance fees from October 13-16, 2020 to confirm their admission.

Steps to Follow After JEECUP 2020 Round 2 Seat Allotment

Candidates will have these two options to choose after the Round 2 seat allotment process

Float

Step 1 

If you are choosing Freeze, your seat allotment is confirmed

If you are choosing Float, you are eligible for better seat allotment (as per first choice) in Round 3 counselling

Step 2

Proceed for certificate Verification and Fee Payment

Your allocated seat in Round 2 will not be cancelled until you receive a better seat allotment in Round 3
