Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU/ IP) has extended the IPU Spot Round Counselling 2020 registration date to December 16, 2020. Eligible candidates can register themselves for the spot admissions on varsity’s official website @ipu.ac.in.
Candidates seeking admission in GGSIPU need to note that the counselling round will be conducted for admission into programmes on the basis of entrance tests, including BTech, LLB, BA (JMC), BEd, BBA, and BCA.
Official Notice: IPU Spot Round Admission 2020
The online registration process for spot round counselling began on December 13, 2020, and the last date was set as December 15, 2020. Following which it was extended by a day’s time till December 16. All the students, including those belonging to reserved categories, can participate in the counselling online at ipu.ac.in.

IPU Counselling 2020: How to Register?
Candidates should go through the following steps to complete the counselling process;
- Candidates will be mailed with the login details on the registered email id.
- Candidates need to pay INR 1,000 as the counselling fee.
- Enter the required details and upload necessary documents such as Class 10 and 12 marks sheet, identity proof, Migration certificate, and Passport size photograph.
- Fill up the preference of colleges for seat allotment. The choices can be changed after the first round of counselling.

IPU Counselling 2020: Documents Required
Candidates should submit the following documents while applying for counselling process;
- IPU CET 2020 Admit card
- IPU CET 2020 Rank card
- Class 10 Mark sheet and Certificates
- Class 12 Mark sheet and Certificates
- Provisional Seat Allotment Letter
- IPU CET 2020 registration slip
- Category Certificate (if applicable)
- Character Certificate
- 2 Recent Passport size Photographs
Apart from this, candidates must note that the seat allotment into colleges is done based on merit, category and choices selected by the candidates.

What After IPU Counselling 2020?
After each round of the IPU counselling, a merit list will be released on the official website. The shortlisted candidates will need to take the print out of the allotment letter and freeze their seat.
