IMI Delhi Placement 2022-23: 11.3% Increase in Average Salary, Highest Package at INR 50 LPA

New Delhi: International Management Institute (IMI), Delhi has successfully concluded the placement drive for the graduating students of batch 2022-23. For this placement session, the institute recorded an 11.3% increase in its average salary.

As per IMI Delhi, students who participated in the placement drive were offered the highest salary package of INR 50 LPA with an annual rise of 56.25% as compared to last year's data. The job offers were made by 80 recruiters who joined the campus drive. 

Following the IMI Placement 2022-23 data, participants were offered an average salary package of INR 17.01 LPA, while the medical salary package stood at INR 16.34 LPA. The average and median salary for this year were also higher than the previous years.

The highest number of offers were made in consulting, conglomerates manufacturing, consumer goods, BFSI and IT among other profiles. For finance, the average CTC stood at INR 17.64 LPA, marketing at INR 18.14 LPA, sales at INR 19.60 LPA and consulting at INR 14.23 LPA.

Talking about the placement data and achievement, the IMI Delhi officials shared, "Continued layoffs news on a global scale, the conversations of recessions and decreased hiring rates across sectors contributed to the woes".

“Despite the worries, the Corporate Relations and Placement Committee at IMI New Delhi was able to overcome them by successfully placing every student of the batch and reaching new heights by getting on board more than 50 new recruiters and attaining new heights and creating a legacy to move north year on year”, the official added.
