New Delhi: IIIT Delhi announced admission to its M.Tech program for the academic session 2023-25. Candidates will be able to apply online through the official website at iiitd.edu.in. till April 23, 2023
Once the applications form are released, candidates can visit the official website of IIIT Delhi to submit their online application form. To be eligible for the M.Tech program, candidates must hold a BE/ B.Tech degree in the related discipline or M.Sc/ MCA degree.
After the application process, the selection of applicants for admission to IIIT Delhi M.Tech Program 2023 is done on the basis of marks obtained in the written test followed by a personal interview round.

IIIT Delhi M.Tech Admission 2023: Eligibility Criteria
To get admission in M.Tech program offered by IIIT Delhi, interested candidate need to follow the eligibility criteria mentioned follows:
- Applicants must hold an M.Sc. or MCA degree in the relevant field in addition to a BE or B.Tech degree.
- Both GATE and non-GATE applicants are eligible to apply, but the preference is for GATE-qualified applicants.
- Both GATE and non-GATE candidates must have a qualifying degree with a minimum CGPA of 7.00 out of 10 or 65% of the total possible points. The minimum score required for candidates in the SC, ST, OBC, PwD, and CW categories is 6.0 out of 10, or 60%.
IIIT Delhi M.Tech Admission Process 2023: Selection Criteria
The selection process of IIIT Delhi M.Tech Admission 2023 will comprises of three stages:
- Stage 1: Shortlisting of candidates is done on the basis of their marks in the last qualifying degree.
- Stage 2: Candidates need to appear for a written test conducted by IIIT Delhi.
- Stage 3: Shortlisted candidates will appear for an Interview round for the final admission.
GATE/ GPAT or CSIR-NET score holders will get an additional benefit at the time of final admission.
