NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology) entrance exam is a national level exam for providing designing courses to the students interested in pursuing it at higher level. NIFT 2019 is expected to be scheduled in January 2019 while the Application Process for the same is expected to begin around October 2018. 

Candidates have the opportunity to select test center for the examination to be conducted on January 2019 during NIFT Application Form filling. They can choose only one city. It need to be kept in mind that there will not be any option to change exam center so one should choose it wisely as per his/her convenience.

NIFT exam is usually divided into four sections which are:

• Creative ability test (CAT)
• General ability test (GAT)
• Situation test
• Group discussion/ Personal Interview

NIFT Exam will be conducted in 32 cities. For following courses :-

• Bachelor of Design
• Master of Design
• Bachelor of fashion technology
• Master of fashion technology
• Master of fashion management
