Throughout my life, I have aspired to be a learner of concepts. Teaching and research are my true passion. For more than 20 years I’ve been associated with the education sector. As an educator, I don’t just teach students, but continue learning as well. It has been the biggest motivation for me, as a teacher.

What is your philosophy of leadership?

“To be a leader who is an active listener and empower others”

I believe it is important to act decisively, communicate clearly and motivate change. My leadership style by default is a visionary, collaborative, coaching style yet it is transformational. I build relationships with all stakeholders, discover and play to the strengths of their staff and community members.
