Shreya Goenka is the Faculty of INIFD, Raipur. She has been teaching in INIFD for the past two years. She completed her graduation in Interior Designing from Chanakya College, Raipur. She is also working as an Interior Designer and also working on her personal projects of Interior Designing. With all these experiences, she teaches practically about designing to her students.

What are your roles and responsibilities?

“Provide better learning opportunities to students”

I believe in learning and exploring better. It can be provided to students to achieve their learning and goals. The role of a student is to focus on the education given by the institution. They must follow the rules of the campus. We promise the responsibilities of campus to students. 

What are the functions of INIFD?

“Provide three different courses in interior and fashion designing for students”

We give three kinds of courses to students. This is one of the basic functions of our campus. The courses are classified into a degree, diploma, and Master's courses in interior and fashion designing. 

What are the future goals of campus?

“Upgrade the courses and conduct several events”

One of the future goals is to conduct different events. Another one is to place more students on the campus. We decided to upgrade the knowledge of students through various courses. It will be according to their desires. 

What is the opportunity available for students' growth in INIFD?

“Placements, internships and building confidence are provided to pupils”

We give all facilities for students. It aids them to build confidence, placements, and internships. Our students get placed in companies through their talents and hard work. They also attend triple ID events.

What do you like people to know about INIFD?

“We send our students to London to learn and experience”

We provide a one-month program in London for pupils. The students were sent to London for one month. They meet designers and learn several ideas. Our students gain a lot through that experience. 

How do you establish a healthy relationship in an institution?

“Create an environment in which students can ask anything”

I like to create a secure environment for students. They feel free to ask any questions in that space. Moreover, we provide material knowledge that helps the learning of students. It maintains a physical and healthy environment on campus. 

Any suggestions do you like to give for youth?

“Focus on practical learning, follow the dreams and learn new things”

My advice to students is to chase their dreams, focus on practical learning and explore new things. I suggest pupils attend seminars to upgrade their knowledge. The internships help them to gain experience for their future.
