How do you prepare your students for real-world challenges?

“Various technical and personality development opportunities are provided to them”

I believe, real-world challenges begin when students enter college. They start putting their knowledge into use and manage their own finances and life plans. I expose my students to the real world by expanding their practical knowledge as well as their interpersonal skills by conducting extra curriculum activities like group discussion or some drama that helps them to build confidence to represent themself without hesitation. Also, we conduct seminars and company visit for them that prepare students today for tomorrow’s workforce.
