I adapt my teaching style to organize for everyone and make the study material interesting enough. I like to use group exercises, handwritten notes, colourful PowerPoint slides and video montages. I encourage the student to put forth their ideas and issues while studying. We should be sympathetic to weak students and their dignity should be maintained. I have an approachable, inclusive style of teaching. It is sufficiently flexible enough to cater for a diverse range of learning styles, needs and requirements.

What are some of the biggest challenges for higher education in general?
“Lack of quality academic institutions and a strong infrastructure”

Financing is also a major issue. Mushrooming of low-quality institutes all over the country poses a danger for the education sector.
Any suggestions you would like to give to the aspiring students?
“The youth must have the courage to step out of their comfort zone and learn different skills”
- Never stop learning and growing because life never stops teaching.
- Do something you love. If you are doing something you are passionate about, you are eventually going to succeed.
- The most important thing is to just have faith in yourself and trust yourself.
- Stay open-minded to the views and opinions of others.
How do you tend to establish a healthy environment in your institute?
“By creating a teaching-learning habitat that consists of enthusiasm and positivity”
We believe that teachers should approach their class each day with a positive attitude. Positivity is transcending. Your issues mustn’t interfere with your ability to teach. Nobody wants to spend time in a classroom where lecturing and note-taking are the norms. Teachers should use students interests and passions to their advantage by incorporating them into their lessons.
