What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

“Making leadership and learning go hand-in-hand”

The Principal should have knowledge and command over the programs in general. Today participative leadership is the best style for the development of any educational institution. Creating a passionate and collaborative learning environment would be the hallmark of the changing scenario. Each institution will be unique in their style of functioning – she or he who heads should inspire admiration from the team and should lead by example. All those who engage in the educational field should be insatiable learners.


How do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your College?

“Shaping our students to be our best ambassadors”

The administration of the college has a decentralized working mode with a centralized reporting system. The college is successful by the marketing done by the student ambassadors. We are always proud that once they enter into the portals of the college, the students know about the transformation in them, in both academics and as a person, is unique. Simple strategic planning is their background does not matter to us. It is how they flourish successfully from KRMMC to be what they want to be.

In your experience, what can an inbound student gain from studying here in your institute?

  • have more collaborative industrial support for students enhancement
  • enhance growth in the digital era without forgoing the conventional mechanism

What was your vision for the college? Has it evolved, and how far along in implementing that vision are you?

“Creating an environment where students are not afraid of being themselves”

My vision for the college is:

  • To involve faculty to pursue research in their fields which has been increasing every year
  • To make students oriented programs which also has given an impetus in the college
  • To bring centers of development and directors nominated which has been successfully done
  • To enhance the college to 2f status – We have been recognized under 2f of the UGC act for Masters’. We are marching towards getting to the next level too.
  • To bring new and unique activities for the students and good ambiance to become what they want to be.
