The School of Law, Bennett University is proud to announce the first Bennett University National Moot Court Competition 2019 (BNMCC), scheduled from March 29 – 31, 2019. The moot proposition is based on the interdisciplinary theme of law and technology- more specifically, conflicting issues of privacy and data protection which arise when governments decide to ensure better ground-level governance using drones and Artificial Intelligence. The competition seeks to promote the idea that law is inherently an interdisciplinary field of study, forced to respond to challenges brought about by changing societal trends and technology.
