What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“Helping people work towards achieving their goal”

From a very early stage of my career, I always had this feeling of giving back to society and to pave an easy path to success for the aspiring ones. I have been into providing educational services and shaping the careers of many for 17 long years. Throughout the duration, this field and work have given me immense pleasure and helped me fulfil my wish of giving back to society.

What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

“Acknowledge and embrace the differences”

I always say that every human in this world has different potentials, different skill sets and that is what makes them different from others. Considering the same, I always tend to find that ‘x-factor’ in every student of mine so that they can do their best to achieve the desired success. My philosophy is ensuring an inclusive leadership style. Do not lose your uniqueness and be proud to be different.

How do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your school?

“Analyzing and putting the needs of the students before anything”

Being in the education sector, it is really difficult to manage the administration because we need to fulfil the diverse needs of each individual and make them satisfied with the quality of delivery. Thus, I always seek to provide the utmost care and focus on what the student needs and strive to make our institute a better place for him/her which helps bring out the best in them.

How does the curriculum of your institute ensure the best practice of industry?

“Going beyond the theoretical knowledge”

We at our institute focus on how the students can have the best knowledge of the field they have chosen. We offer courses that need practical knowledge along with its theoretical aspects. Only delivering bookish knowledge in any of our courses cannot help our students. And thus, we focus only on providing and imparting them hands-on experience and knowledge of the field.

Any insights into how your institute could be more welcoming to students of different races or economic backgrounds?

“Coming up with the best ways to make quality education accessible”

A good education is a fundamental right of every student in this world. We at our institute focus highly on how we can impart the best practical knowledge in students at an affordable cost. We allow the students to pay in instalments so that they are free from any kind of financial burden.

What do you think your roles and responsibilities to the institute and the students are?

“Ensuring that the flow of knowledge never stops”

Any educational organization have various elements that make it what and how it is. Students are one of the most important of them all. We at our institute expect every student to co-operate with the administration and the management of the organization to help us provide a smooth experience of imparting knowledge to them.

What do you think should be the institute’s top priority over the next 10 years?

“To be a recognized institute in the country”

Our aim for the next 10 years is pretty simple. We want to impart knowledge to our students that are based on the emerging industrial needs. We are also aiming to expand our reach by rolling out franchise modules all over the country.

When you first came to this institute, what was your vision for the institute? Has it evolved, and how far along in implementing that vision are you?

“Being known for the level of excellence and professionalism”

Over this period, I have seen this organization grow in terms of values and understanding of the responsibilities towards society. Giving back to society is not just limited to providing the best education. It also includes identifying the true potential and guiding the students for a better and brighter future. I have shared my vision with this institute and establishing a name for itself still remains a priority.

What do you see as your institute's greatest strengths?

“Working on the mission of making our students secure the best positions in the industry”

Our rich experience in shaping the best future of students is the biggest strength of our institute. Our practical knowledge-based course curriculum brings out the best in students and makes them more competent in the present market. We work to increase the probabilities of students getting placed in the best organizations.

What are some of the biggest challenges you see, both for higher education in general and for your institute specifically?

“Complete focus on just the theoretical aspects hinders the growth”

I would say that a theory-based and outdated course curriculum is the biggest challenge in our higher education system. Talking of our institute, we provide high-end career-oriented courses which demand the updated course curriculums for the students. We hire faculties who are currently performing in the market which makes them design the course curriculum according to the demands of the market. However, keeping ourselves updated with minor or major changes needs more effort.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?

“Set yourself apart by developing into a dynamic individual”

Every student needs to have a goal and a plan. Today’s world is becoming more and more competent in a very short time. Thus it becomes important for everyone to acquire multiple skill sets to improve their chances to stand out in the market.

How do you tend to establish a healthy relation and environment in your institute/ university?

“Nurturing the mentor-mentee relationship”

Our prime focus is to make every student comfortable with the course curriculum and the faculties. We put them in batches according to their preferences and commitments. It helps in providing a relaxed environment where they devote their time and attention.
