What is the functioning of your college like?

“It is to provide quality education and best learning opportunities from day one"

KEC started with the main idea of providing quality education to the students who take admission in our college. We always give our best and deliver what we have promised to our students with regard to knowledge and employment.

Which growth opportunities are available for students at your college?

“Our curriculum is an amalgamation of teaching, grooming, training, industry visits and talks by experts”

When students take admission in our college, we are the first ones to interact with them being first year teachers. We lay a firm foundation by bridging the gap between their school leaving expertise and the entry level knowledge needed for a B. Tech degree. The idea is to give them an opportunity to grow. We do this by starting them on a journey full of internships, seminars, industrial tours and workshops besides their regular classroom exercises. We provide all these educational activities for our students to develop their practical knowledge and to keep them up-to-date with the latest industry requirements. Hence, we ensure that we give them proper education and exposure from the beginning, as the first year is all about building the basics and making their foundation strong.

What are the goals of your college for the upcoming years?

“We ensure 100% placement opportunities for our students”

Our future goal is to provide best opportunities to students to secure 100% placement. We groom them from the day they set foot on campus. Special sessions are held at regular intervals to improve their English language proficiency. We engage the services of experts to hone their aptitude and reasoning skills along with special emphasis on their overall personality development. Various industrial visits are organized by our college to give them proper practical knowledge and an overview of the actual corporate environment so, when they get jobs, they are fully industry-ready.

What is the USP of your college and why people should explore it?

“We are best in terms of education and all students are equal for us”

We are very passionate about our work of providing quality education to our students. We treat all students equally regardless of their economic or social background. We make sure that they are comfortable and their problems and concerns get resolved on time and for that we provide them an open platform to communicate. Excellence in academics and employment are our major objectives for our students.

What are some of the greatest strengths of your college?

“Our teaching, non-teaching staff and students are our main pillars of strength”

We put conscious efforts towards developing a holistic and multidisciplinary education system. Optimal learning environments and support for students are the backbones of the philosophy of the institute. Highly motivated, dedicated and capable faculties are the cause for our consistent progress. We get the maximum possible support from our management too. Apart from these, the professional networks that we have with our neighboring colleges and industry giants contribute equally to strengthening our presence.

In your opinion, which education system is better, foreign or Indian?

“Both are best in terms of education”

In my view, both systems have their own benefits as both caters to different systems of education. But, if I have to choose one, I would prefer the Indian education system as we not only provide theoretical knowledge but also help students in developing skills required to have a strong professional career.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current generation?

“Work hard and utilize your time effectively”

In my opinion, today’s generation already knows that personality development, communication skills, and leadership qualities are important to have a successful career. The only thing they lack, as of now, is time management. So, I want to advise my students to manage their time well so that they can achieve all the goals they have set for themselves. I would also like to say that there are no shortcuts in life; one has to work very hard to make dreams come true.
