What keeps you connected with the education sector?

“To provide learning opportunities for students and handle academic processes for students”

I have been working in the education sector for the past 12 years. I like to handle both the academic and admission process. Some of the factors that connect me with the education sector are providing learning opportunities for students. 

What are your roles and responsibilities?

“To help students with the admission process and campus placements”

My primary duty is to manage admission procedures and academics. I need to help students with the placement process. They get training from respected areas. I am also responsible for planning and organizing extra-curricular activities. All the student affairs are managed by me. 

Do you have any extracurricular activities to enhance the skills of the students to face real-world challenges?

“Seminars, webinar, and industrial visits are available for students”

We organize various extracurricular activities such as seminars, webinar, and industrial visits for students. They can gain some experience and improve their personality. We conduct personality development and communication classes to improve students' soft skills.

How does the curriculum of AIMR prepare students for the future?

“Organize various webinars and workshops for the students”

We use a practical approach in teaching and conduct various webinars or workshops for students. Our curriculum focuses on industry oriented contents. Students visit industry to understand practical scenarios that they studied. We provide a summer internship program, and Research Project to the student to grasp the subject easily.

What do you see as the greatest strengths of Apex Institute of Technology, Indore?

“Students, qualified faculties and supportive management are the greatest strengths of campus”

Our campus is located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. We get good feedback from various alumni. Students, qualified faculties and supportive management are the greatest strengths of campus. Scholarships, and free buses are available for candidates. 

What are the biggest challenges you see for higher education and AIMR specifically?

“New education policy is a great challenge for students nowadays”

One of the greatest challenges is New Education Policy. It makes it difficult to create content for faculties. Most students are getting trapped in the various institutes which do not provide any services.

Any suggestions do you like to give for current youth and aspiring students?

“Improve your soft skills, teamwork, and achieve success through hard work”

My suggestion for youth is to opt for new skills for their growth. They need to learn leadership skills, Teamwork and build confidence. All these assist them to secure a good job post.
