How you ensure that you meet up with all of your KRA’s?
Leadership blossoms through teamwork which reflects in results. As a Vice-Chancellor, I have to be the most vibrant pivot around which the entire machinery of academic administration and delivery revolves leading to attainment of the vision and mission of the Management. A VC has to be the kingpin ensuring involvement, sincerity, dedication, and loyalty of all the cogs in the wheels of University.
