Mayand Dron: “General (No reservation)”

Describe the general setting of WAT / GD (if any)?

Mayand Dron: “WAT- around 40 minutes were given to write and more than 200 participants were there in one sitting. It was conducted offline in Delhi (morning shift). Mostly the recent trends or hot topics that are in news gets selected for the WAT hence the aspirants should be aware of their surroundings and trends”

What was the WAT / GD Topic?

Mayand Dron: "The topic was something related to CSR activities that companies are taking to build up their brand and act as a socially responsible firm in the region they conduct their activities”

What were your answer/points put forward for the WAT or GD respectively? 

Mayand Dron: “I started with defining the problem statement and then supported it via some examples like how Nihaar Shanti Amla contributes their profit-sharing in the child education hereby building their brand and strong CSR initiative”

Describe the general setting of your personal Interview.

Mayand Dron: “Around 6-7 panels in the morning shift and each panel had 2 members. (offline)

It took around 30 minutes and it was all about my profile and academic knowledge that I had done so far and some generic hygiene questions”
