How do you tend to establish a healthy relation and environment at your university?

“Open communication with the holistic atmosphere for the members of the college”

There already exists a healthy environment in our university that propels faculties and students to grow and realize their vision. However, to further strengthen it, we should inculcate team building activities that not only will bond employees closer but also motivate them, creating a positive workplace environment. These activities help improve internal communication and productivity, boosting morale at the workplace and helping employees get to know each other better.
