Sidharth Sablania: “All the students were divided into different groups for the WAT. 30 mins was the time allocated for the test. The invigilators distributed the Question paper which was a small case study (2 paragraphs) followed by the questions. There was enough space provided to answer the 3 questions”

What was the WAT / GD Topic?

Sidharth Sablania: "The case was based on an ethical dilemma faced by a manager/employee in an organisation.”

What were your answer/points put forward for the WAT or GD respectively? 

Sidharth Sablania: “The answer was given based on the understanding of the situation and by viewing the situation from a morally correct standpoint. There is no right or wrong answer in such cases, the panel wants to see the approach you take and the justification.”

Describe the general setting of your personal Interview.

Sidharth Sablania: “2 Faculty members. 45 min interview. Normal discussion about me and the work done till now. General talk about family, aspirations and interests.
