Yash: The questions asked during the Interview are:
Ques 1. Tell me something about yourself?
Ans. Hello, I’m Yash Madankar. I am from Nagpur. But I was born and brought up in Chandrapur. Including me, there are four members in my family. After my 12th, I moved to Nagpur in 2014. There I graduated from the G. H. Raisoni College of Engineering, Nagpur, with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2018.
I wanted to grow as a person and instil leadership qualities in myself. G. H. Raisoni was where I learned most of what I know and where I was given many positions of responsibility.
I was selected for Campuspreneur 2.0, an entrepreneurship mentorship program organised by The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) in collaboration with G. H. Raisoni, while in college.
Also, I held the position of Vice President in the department known as "Antaraghini." As the VP, it was my responsibility to organise and raise funds for the festival.
I did a 6-month internship at L&T Mumbai to obtain industry experience, where I gained a good sense of the industry and was able to help with my business abilities.

Collegedunia Team: Mention any three reasons why you chose this college over other colleges which you converted.
Yash: The main reasons were:
I wanted to do my MBA in retail management which led me to choose Welingkar. I wanted to pursue my Master’s from a college in Mumbai because it's the financial capital of India.
Collegedunia Team: What was the reason for you not converting other colleges?
Yash: I believe I was unable to attract them effectively as we should have, as I lack professional interaction abilities which led to my poor PI rounds.
