“I always believe in teamwork”
We at TMIMS have a dedicated team led by Management, mentors and experts who continuously monitor and support the working of this organization. In this dynamic environment, managing human resources is an art, and we at TMIMS are lucky enough that we have many experts serving this organization right from its inception. So proper strategy, right leadership style, participative management, a mix of straight people are ingredients for successful completion of 25 years of this college.
How does the curriculum of your institute ensure the best practice of industry?
“We ensure to bring in practical based learning in our curriculum”
TMIMS is recognized by AICTE and affiliated to GTU. An expert committee develops our curriculum at GTU. Apart from this, we also ensure practical exposure of the entire industry to our students through various live projects, consultancy and research projects that students do during this journey. I firmly believe that theoretical concepts are not sufficing for a career. So we continuously update our teaching pedagogy, including many practical projects to build up the gap between Industry and Academia.
Any insights into how your institute could be more welcoming to students of different races or economic backgrounds?
“We believe in equality and uniformity”
Our college is situated in Kutch, which is having rich diversity in terms of people residing here (Many castes, religion, economic background etc.). We believe in uniformity and equality, and so we don’t provide management quotas/Payment seats. Our academic admission process is strictly adhering to the Admission Committee, and every operation is strictly governed and scrutinized by ACPC (central admission committee). We provide financial aid to economically weak students. We also award scholastic sponsorship to academically best-performing students at the end of the course. Lastly, we always welcome these young cheerful, energetic future leaders/managers with wide open arms because we believe in equality and a fair chance for all.
