How would you describe your leadership style?

“Participative and collaborative leadership”

Participation of each and every team member creates a difference. By our work we need to create leaders at different levels who lead themselves. Good coordination and well responsive interactions are necessary to build up a successful organization. I always try to give opportunities to people where they can grow with experience. 


What are your roles and responsibilities towards students?

“Creating a healthy atmosphere and good learning practices”

We have developed a cosmopolitan culture in our college where students from pan India learn and grow together with values and integrity. I always try to establish and maintain good learning practices for students to perform best in the academic curriculum and also learn professionalism and discipline.

What do you think should be the University's top priority over the next 10 years? 

“Experiential learning and large industry collaborations”

Students must be exposed to different technologies and innovation wherein they get skilled in varied domains. We aim to develop our Incubation Centre and technical training centre wherein minds of the budding technocrat are developed. We are planning to tie-up with foreign universities for research collaborations. We are also connecting alumni for the international industry collaboration which will provide a platform for our students to explore their skills and learn better. 


What would you like people to know about your Institute they may not know?

“Top class discipline and best positive outputs”

Our institute has set a benchmark for other technical schools in the region. Our social accreditation of being disciplined and professional is appreciated at all corners of the society. We have also initiated foreign language learning modules and various skill development programs in different domains to make our students industry ready. Our recruiters always appreciate our students working with them for their performance and positive attitude. 


What are some of the challenges for higher education in general?

“Improvements and scale up for excellence in professional education”

As we are moving faster with new technological developments, it has become really challenging to bring about new improvements in the education sector. Maintaining the quality of education and thereby implementing new ideologies for better outcomes is what professional and higher education needs nowadays.

“Be more focussed and disciplined”
