What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

“It is essential to timely appreciate the efforts of the team and encourage them”

I regularly motivate my staff to complete a series of tasks. I give them appreciation from time to time. I unite all the diverse thinking people as a team. I am continuously trying to improve my behaviors, attitudes, and delivery methods that are effective for staff members.

How do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your school?

“We ensure to bring in the best resources for the team”

The best marketer is the customer itself. I believe that the best quality education and extracurricular (non-academic) information/knowledge should be given to the students to set up their careers better. Additionally, our placement is one of the excellent factors to highlight for marketing. Nowadays, social media has become a robust platform for marketing. We regularly arrange a webinar on research/career counseling/career opportunities to attract the student.

In your experience, what can an inbound student gain from studying here in your institute?

“There are multiple factors that we train our students to shine when they graduate”

Clubbing the academic knowledge with career-up information accompanied by career-enhancing skills that students and placements are key factors that students can look upto. We also focus on Alumni selection, professors, staff, and the use of all the innovative tools and devices as they institute the right choice to get admission. Other points that we consider are Social media, parents’ interaction, and video marketing.

How does the curriculum of your institute ensure the best practice of industry?

“Industry interface and exposure is a necessity today”

We have a great alumni group at our institute. We involve them in curriculum design. We strongly focus on arranging industry internships for the students, enabling them to be placed in industry for some weeks to undertake industry-based projects. The students are supervised by both an industrialist and an academician. Furthermore, we regularly organize expert lecturers that are not academics in a traditional sense but have come from industry to teach at the institute and are called industry practitioners. These people are also involved in the course and curriculum design. Finally, a range of professional bodies are now accrediting the courses that are delivered at the institute. To be accredited, the courses need to meet the standards set down by the industry body. Further, we try to invent and show smart and efficient work for connecting the academic and industry. By providing smart laboratory structure information, we try to attract an Industrialist to visit colleges to gather knowledge.

Any insights into how your institute could be more welcoming to students of different races or economic backgrounds?

“We create a safe and inclusive classroom climate for such students”

Students have their own multiple social group identities in the learning environment. These identities can comprise but are not limited to gender, race/ethnicity, immigration status, sexual orientation, dis/ability, age, socioeconomic status, and religion. All faculties take steps during the course's planning to help make a diverse set of students feel safe, valued, and respected. Self-identification and self-learning are significant issues that should be considered in preparing to create an inclusive classroom environment for all students. Besides, the Institute always supports these kinds of students through scholarship and fee relaxation.

What would you like people to know about your institute they may not know?

“We ensure students are abreast to the current industry standards”

With academic knowledge, career enhancement programs under T&P activities are conducted for the students, so they do not struggle to get good placement. Also, awareness of the students about industrial practices are increased by conducting various programs.

What are some of the biggest challenges you see, both for higher education in general and for your institute specifically? “Our majority students are from rural segment” The institute is in a rural area. Thus, the majority of students are from the rural segment. We need to put more effort into grooming the students. However, this challenge also increases the overall development of the staff.
