Intensive Course: Level 1 Yoga TTC (Yoga Protocol Instructor)

• This online teacher training course is available daily from Monday to Saturday. You can start the course as soon as you enroll days

• 50 contact hours (Level 1)
• 150 non-contact hours (Level 1), 300 non-contact hours (Level 2)
• Available for national and international students
• Daily yoga sessions with rigorous preparation and training for yoga certification exams
• Accommodation available for international and national students
• Live online sessions will be held over Zoom, Google Duo or Microsoft Teamse
• For Online sessions' time zone: Pune, India (India Standard Time, GMT 5.5)
• Self-paced is possible upon discussion with the teacher
• One on one sessions with interactive lessons, videos, and downloads
• Live Q&A sessions with Swasti Yoga Center Faculty
