M.A.

MA, or Master of Arts is a postgraduate programme in arts. Students who have earned their bachelor's degree can pursue an MA. At numerous colleges and universities in India and overseas, the degree is provided in a number of specializations. Candidates with a graduating degree are eligible to enroll in the two-year programme. The degree can be earned by correspondence, distant learning, full-time study, or part-time study.
The requirements for admission to an MA programme include: holders of a bachelor's degree, especially in the arts, with a minimum duration of 3 or 4 years (10+2+3 or 10+2+4).
