Students with any bachelor's degree are eligible for this two-year program. Candidates with a B. Ed can work in schools, coaching centers, education departments, home tutoring services, and education consultancies. A candidate with this degree can also acquire a post as a government teacher through approved examinations. B.Ed. has a wide range of applications. There is a high demand for employment in the government sector among B. Ed graduates. Every year, almost 13 lakh candidates take the CTET exam to obtain a license to teach in schools.
To become a teacher, you must have a (Bachelor's of Education) with at least a 55 percent grade point average. The required passing percentage varies from institution to school. To teach at the upper levels, several schools need a master's degree in the relevant field in addition to a B. Ed. There is usually no upper age limit for applying to a B. Ed. degree. Some schools and universities, on the other hand, require candidates to be between the ages of 19 and 21.
