Junior Basic Training, or JBT, is a full-time Diploma-level program. This course lasts two years, split into four semesters. This course is critical for elementary school teachers to have adequate training in order to work with children. This course assists students in learning and developing classroom lesson plans, planning to teach and assessing examinations, as well as providing both one-on-one and group teaching.

Junior Basic Training (JBT) is an educational program at the Diploma level. The JBT, or Junior Basic Training course, is one of the teacher training programs. After finishing the Diploma degree, students who qualify for this training are mostly employed in primary schools. The major advantage of the JBT is that it allows them to obtain work in nursery schools, primary schools, middle and high schools, special schools, and so on. They can also run their own educational schools/institutes and coaching centers.
