IGP Institute: Courses & Fees

CS Executive is the second arduous level that a student must clear, in order to become a CS Professional. As per ICSI Notification No. 01 of 2018, the CS Executive and CS Professional Exams would be in accordance to the New Syllabus wherein there would be a total of Eight Papers at CS Executive Programme. These eight papers would be divided into two modules ie Module 1 and Module 2 and the subjects in each of these two modules are mentioned below.

Module 1 –

1. Jurisprudence, Interpretation & General Laws

2. Company Law

3. Setting up of Business Entities and Closure

4. Tax Laws

Module 2-

5. Corporate and Management Accounting

6. Securities Laws & Capital Markets

7. Economic, Business and Commercial Laws

8. Financial and Strategic Management
