Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) is conducted by Symbiosis International (Deemed University) for admission to Symbiosis institutes. SET exam is a gateway for admissions to undergraduate courses such as Management, Law, Engineering, Economics, Mass Communication, Computer Studies and Liberal Arts. Earlier, the exam was also conducted for B.Sc Culinary Arts but this year this exam has been scrapped for this course. Candidates with 50% marks (45% for ST/ST) in 10+2 level in any stream from a recognised board are eligible to apply. Those waiting for their 12th standard board result may also apply. SET 2021 exam pattern has been changed by the exam conducting authorities. SET 2021 will now be conducted for a duration of 105 minutes. Where 75 minutes will be given for the main exam and 30 minutes will be given for WAT.
