A 40-hour workshop for students in class 9-10 called " Summer 2011" is currently being offered by the ThinkBIG initiative. Formally speaking, the Summer 2011 workshop seeks to develop a collection of mathematical, communication, and analytical skills that are important for students to acquire at this level, regardless of their career choice. The traditional board review syllabus combined with the orthodox teaching methodologies appears to lock up most students.
