Defence Academy

The Combined Defence Services Examination offers an opportunity for unmarried graduates to become a part of the coveted Indian Armed Forces. The examination is conducted twice a year by the Union Public Service Commission with the notifications usually released in the months of October and June. Examinations are held in February and November. Candidates shortlisted based on these examinations are required to attend an interview conducted by the Services Selection Board (SSB).
