Aspirants who wish to become a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) have to clear the CMA Foundation exam. It is an offline exam, which is conducted by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICWAI / ICMAI) to give entry to eligible and qualified candidates in the CMA course. The CMA Intermediate exam is a pen and paper-based offline descriptive exam. The exam is split into two groups of four papers each. Each paper is worth 100 marks and is of 3 hours' duration.
