The Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) credential from the Institute of Internal Auditors is the only internationally recognized professional qualification for internal auditors. The Professional Practice Framework, corporate governance, and risk and control evaluation methodologies and approaches will all be covered in this course. The CIA will undertake an audit in line with the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing, using corporate, IT, and management skills as needed.
