An enrolled agent (EA) is a federally qualified tax practitioner with technical competence in the field of taxation (EA). He has been granted the authority to nominate taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) by the US Department of Treasury (Internal Revenue Service). As an enrolled agent, you'll be able to file tax returns, represent clients before the IRS with limitless representation skills, appeal on behalf of people before the IRS, and advise clients on tax implications based on their business activities.
An enrolled agent is a person who has earned the right to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service by passing a three-part comprehensive IRS exam focused on individual and corporate tax forms, or by previously working for the IRS.
