The CA Intermediate Exam is the second stage of examination of students pursuing the Chartered Accountant Course (CA). Often abridged as CA Inter, the students can attempt for the CA Inter Exam after clearing the CPT Exam or the CA Foundation Exam (that's the entrance examination for CA Students).
